About the role:

Come and lead our "new business" sales team, working directly under our VP of Sales, to manage and scale our AE sales "pods" to coach and support them to achieve their quotas and drive new business for the company.

You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll have all the support and training that you need to understand our industry and the value our product can provide. We’re looking for someone who can really hit the ground running and isn’t afraid of taking over management of the team from the get go. You should be a natural coach and mentor who can use their experience to guide and improve sales people to ensure they hit their quota.

This role will be managing a team that's split across the Atlantic, with team members both in the UK and USA. Given the remote nature of this role, we are looking for someone who has a proven track record of managing a sales team remotely and understands the challenges that come with this, so proof of past experience in remote management will be a must to secure an interview.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 3 years sales management experience experience as well as at least 1 year of managing a team remotely.
  • Must have a proven track record for supporting a team in exceeding a sales quota - please highlight your achievements in your cover letter.
  • Must have the right to visit the US & UK
