Compensation & Benefits:

  • £25,000 to £28,000 based upon experience.

About the role:

Accredible is hiring an office manager with bookkeeping experience for our UK office based in Ely. You’ll be working directly alongside the co-founder & CTO as well as several people from the executive team to assist them with management and upkeep of our office, special projects, scheduling, organization and bookkeeping duties including handling invoice payment from customers and maintaining financial records.. You’ll be joining at the early stages of scaling our team, so you have potential for a large impact on the company. This position has advancement potential within the company.

Some examples of the types of projects you’ll assist the executive team with are:

  • Invoice all sales managed customers & ensure they pay invoices in a timely manner
  • Ensure employee expenses are consistently reimbursed
  • Produce Cashflow statements and budgets when required
  • Maintain UK office so that it is a productive and safe working environment
  • Optimize hiring, onboarding and team activities for management
  • Organize event attendance for the sales and marketing teams

Most importantly: you’ll work closely at the day-to-day level with our executive team while managing the UK-based office, taking charge of customer invoicing, handling scheduling and travel arrangement priorities and performing a variety of professional and personal tasks.

  • Desired: Computer Savvy. You will ideally be proficient and fast using SaaS software like Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Hubspot CRM, Gmail, Docusign.

Useful Experience:

At least one year of bookkeeping experience and ideally at least one year of executive assistant or office management experience with proven track record of being highly organized and enjoy supporting other people.
