Job Mission:

This role is a growing strategic priority for Accredible as we seek to respond to the evolving market conditions and needs of our clients. ​​In this role, you will have the opportunity to join a growing team responsible for closing large-scale Enterprise business sales opportunities. As part of the Enterprise team, you will report to the Manager of Enterprise Sales; and you will be responsible for gaining commitment for large-scale Enterprise clients. You will ultimately be responsible for your own success within the territory, ensuring growth in annual recurring revenue, and new logo acquisition, whilst providing the best sales experience possible for our customers.

We are seeking an individual who has deep experience in the Professional Association space. You should have experience selling directly to associations. Ideally selling to Membership and or/ Learning and development. Potentially bringing a “rolodex” of potential opportunities with you.

Accredible Expectations:

  • Meet and exceed team KPIs.
  • Own the sales process from start to finish
  • Create a clear vision for your territory in this case the North American Professional Association space.
  • Strategically formulate a go-to-market strategy in terms of territory/vertical planning and identify qualified value segments.
  • Engage with prospective organisations to position Accredible solutions
  • Serve as the primary customer contact during bid submission, pilot test, legal reviews, and procurement.
  • Communicate on funnel/account/territory status, resource requirements, challenges, and successes
  • Partner, partner, partner - amazing accomplishments are the result of great teamwork, and success at the enterprise level 'takes a community'
  • You will also collaborate with other teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal.

Role Requirements

  • 10 years of experience selling to associations
  • Experienced enterprise sales professional with a track record of closing 6 figure deals.
  • Experience managing complex and lengthy sales cycles
  • A proven and demonstrable track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Exceptional communicator.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Preferably Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
  • Preferably you will have experience in competing RFI/RFPs
