About the role:

Accredible is hiring two Sales Administrative Assistants to join our nascent sales team. Day-to-day you will work directly alongside our Head of Sales, as well as our customer support and development teams. You’ll be joining at the early stages of scaling our sales team, so you have potential for a large impact on the company.

This position has advancement potential within the sales organization, with fast-track opportunities for promotion to an Account Executive.

You will assist your team-mate Account Executive with administrative, email/phone/conference call communication, sales call note taking and task scheduling so they can handle a full sales pipeline and sales-call calendar without dropping any balls. You will also generate new business opportunities by working with our marketing team to prospect leads for your sales team.

Specifically, it will be your job to:

  • Communicate via email, phone and Zoom Conference with interested potential customers to schedule 150 demo calls per quarter.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested leads, emailing or calling them as appropriate to arrange follow-up call, answer their questions, keep them engaged or to re-engage them.
  • Get your email inbox and task list to be empty every day.
  • Keep comprehensive, accurate and up-to-date notes and tasks for all leads in your sales pipeline in our CRM (Hubspot).
  • Research prospective companies’ organizational structures, key people and existing technology usage.
  • Develop a deep understanding of how Accredible’s products work and their benefits so that you can communicate well with potential customers.
  • Work with the rest of the Accredible team to provide feedback on how to improve our products based on your conversations with potential customers.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Organized and able to keep your email and task inboxes consistently empty every few days and never dropping the ball on an email conversation with a lead.
  • The ability to write succinct, crisp emails and a great phone manner. Excellent written communication, spelling and grammar with a professional, friendly tone.
  • Persistent, but not overbearing when approaching leads, handling rejection gracefully.
  • Proficient with spreadsheet and CRM software. You must be comfortable and efficient at using spreadsheets and our CRM (Hubspot) to organize and clean prospect information.
  • Self-motivated and able to hit your targets without needing external pressure.
  • A fast learner: While experience is important, proving to us that you’ll learn relevant skills quickly is more important to us.
  • A great researcher: be able to quickly and accurately determine key information about people and companies before demo calls so that your Account Assistant can be well-prepared.
  • A great note taker: fast, comprehensive, accurate notes during and after calls.
  • A great proposal writer: writing business proposals, RFPs, quotes and sales call follow-up documents.
  • Good at organizing travel arrangements and conference plans.

Useful Experience:

  • At least one year of experience either in a personal assistant or administrative role that required strong organizational, research and email/phone communication skills.
